Fluent-Porous Media-Viscous resistance conversion

I am trying to represent an oil well in FLuent. As a result i need to convert the matrix permeability from mD to 1/m2 as mentioned in FLuent. Conversion gives a very high number if Iam doing it right 1D=9.87e-13 and then inverting it which ultimately gives a number in terms of e15. I am not sure if this approach is correct, however the flow rates are significantly high after running the model.

ANyboody with such experience will be extremely useful. Support is much appreciated.
