fluent for catia v5 r16

well i have being in a proces of trying to get fluent for catia get running 6 weeks with their tech department
several online webex

it does not run!!!!!!!!

seems to be a program problem inside fluent
the problem lies in license that it does not see ,altough its there

nightmare it is ,lost lot of production time
