flowmeter output to fibre optic conversion? 1

I need to connect the output of a flowmeter with an analogue output into a suitable format to send down a piece of fibreoptic cable?
Does anybody know of a suitable bit of off-the-shelf equipment to enable me to do this?

There are two solution
1.)ADC -- LED --- fiber -- receiver -- DAC
2.) analog optocouplers
