Hi,

I would like to know the process flow in automated ball valves using pneumatic actuator, & other control accessories i.e solenoid valve, air filter regulator, limit switch, & other accessories like quick exhaust valve, pilot valve used to achieve the required open close time.

This is very urgent for me.
please reply.

This site is populated by engineers who are each here for their own reasons. One of those reasons is that many of us find interesting questions to be entertaining. On the other end of the spectrum, we find boring questions, well, boring. Boring questions with urgency are really boring since we all have our own "urgent" issues that we're probably ignoring to be here.

You've written a boring "question" (the quotes are because you've really written a boring demand for information). To make it an interesting question you might want to explain the problem you are trying to solve and what you've done on your own to solve it. That might lead us to providing you with a response that allows you to solve your problem. What you've "asked" won't.

Dear Mr. David,

This is not a boring question. This is a very basic question.

I wanted to know the schematic diagram or in other word pneumatic circuit diagram for emergency shutdown ball valve with pneumatic actuator, solenoid valve, limit switch, air filter regulator & we use pilot operated valve for fast opening & quick exhaust valve for fast closing purpose depending on customer's requirement. So how the Ball valve open & close?

I hope this is clear to you.

Very basic question=boring question
