Flatshot option help

Hi. Is it possible somehow to call this flatshot command from acad's command line?

I have to create a lisp file which will create a 2d drawing from a 3d solid. One way to do this is flatshot command.

Other way is to try to select all entities which have Z coordinate 0. But I'm not sure how to do that?

Can someone help me?
