Flanges - angle ring vs ANSI

Greetings all:
It has been several months since I logged on. I am familiar with ANSI 150 flanges and bolt patterns. But, not to knowledgeable of Angle flanges and bolt patterns. My question is who is the governing body over the design of Angle Rings "flanges" and where can I find a list of bolting patterns and sizes. Thanks for the assistance.

API, ANSI, CSA for start. You may ferit specifications off the net in pdf form, but you need to look and do the foot work.
