Flanged Opening for MC-331

I have a project replacing the entire manhole assembly for MC-331 pressure tank. Could anyone please tell me if there are suppliers available to buy as a a complete set(flanged opening and blind flange cover)? The diameter is 16" manhole, the material tensile strength must be as good as SA-517 steel.
