fire safety assessment

Would any body in the safety community have a copy of a generic (or specific) fire safety assesment program consistent w/ NFPA 58 on LPG bulk storage that I could have? thks!

Unfortunately I can't help you with the assessment, but I would suggest you try a similar posting on the NFPA (fire) Code Issues Forum within the Eng-Tips boards. They may be able to help.
