I have a client with a boiler room in a commercial building permitted locally as a warehhose. Local Building Inspector wants them to ensure that fire rating is sufficient to pass building code. Door opens directly to production area. Anyone with experience addressing requirements for door rating? Is this spelled out in BOCA Code and/or NFPA Code?
