dear all i would like to ask about if it acceptable or not to connect fire hose reel 1.5" from sprinklers network directly after z.c.v i have searched NFPA 14 and didn’t find what allow or prevent and thanks a lot in advance

I think what you are looking for is in NFPA #13 (I use the 2013 Edition) Section 8.17.5 having to do with Hose Connections.
In general:
8.17.5.1.4* Hose connections used for fire purposes only shall be permitted to be connected to wet pipe sprinkler systems only, subject to the following restrictions:
(1) Hose connection’s supply pipes shall not be connected to any pipe smaller than 21⁄2 in. (65 mm) in diameter.

You will have to read it all but there are exceptions to the 2 1/2" pipe size.

I think 1 1/2" hose connections for occupant use are a terrible idea because if the fire gets so big it can not be extinguished using a standard fire extinguisher it is time for everyone to simply leave the building and do it fast.
Leave the fire fighting up to the trained professionals making sure the untrained mother of three children goes home that night. If one thinks the fire is expensive have a young mother untrained in fire fighting lose her life fighting a fire and what how expensive her lawyers, many lawyers, will be. They will come gunning and rightfully so.
In Georgia the last time I installed a 1 1/2" hose connection was decades ago. We are allowed to have them but if the owner elects to have them every single last employee of the company MUST BY LAW attend a class given by the state fire marshal's academy in Forsyth, Georgia over a several day period in training in the use of hose streams and fighting fires. Somehow I just don't think a company with 500 employees wants to endure the unneeded expense.

Do you install the 1 1/2 connection with no hose? I would require them for new warehouse construction 1 for every 10,000 sq ft. I would tell my clients if they had hose to ask the FD if they can remove them and get it in writing. I had a client remove them on the verb OK and 6 months later no one remember the conversation and made them but the hose back....very expensive lesson. I like the connection but no hose from my old firefighter days, no fun pulling 500' of hose into a warehouse.

My vote has always been no hose. I do not even like the 1½" connections.
These were awesome back in the day.. Back when the materials stored had only 4 classes to burn, A,B,C.,etc.
And they were stacked below the now High Piled class.
These station are not meant to fight fire. Maybe dunk some water on an unruly box. That's it.
Second, I have inspected far too may hoses and stations. Let's just say the very presence and condition they are in could get someone killed.
I have nightmares about a firefighter seeing it, and thinking "Great a hose station I can use.."
I actually pulled a brand new 1929 1½" hose, with chrome 2½" connections, from a cabinet in a large high school theater seating area.
I explained to the owner that there is no way this will pass the hydro, let me get you a new one. And Yes, I took that sucker home with me.
