We are designing aircraft hangers that will house different types of aircrafts including B-747, one of the hanger bay will be used for maintenance. Holding fully fuelled aircraft in the hangers is possible.
NFPA 409 recommends flame detectors to be used for such application, however I am looking for new technologies that minimize the false alarm especially in summer where the humidity could reach 100%.
Is CCTV flame detection system could be used for such big hangers.
