Does anyone know of available pipeline damage assessment or inspection guidance for screening oil and gas pipelines and equipment following a fire at a production field/facility?

An event considered could range from a brush fire to a petroleum pool fire. I know API 579 is one available reference, but I'm looking for others. Feel free to provide titles of any good textbooks regarding post-fire assessment in addition to known standards. I would also be interested to read up about post fire assessment in refineries or chemical plants. My intent is to identify damage that would prevent return to safe operational service. Thanks for the help.
