I am a new to the food industry, and need to know where to find a food grade kettle. I need something in 316 SS, no larger than 35 gallons, no smaller than 25 gallons. I've looked around and can only find kettles that are steam jacketed. I really just need the vessel without any steam jaketing or anything extra. More along the lines of a large food grade pot. The bottom needs to be rounded, and have a discharge at the bottom. I'm probably using the wrong vocabulary, but I've searched Groen, Loeb, and Aaron equipment. It seems so simple, just hard to find. Any help would be GREATLY appreciated.

Not sure where / if you will get one off the shelf but there are a number of companies that can build one specifically for your needs. If it's to be FDA approved I assume it's for the US, take a look at if you're in the UK try Hope that helps.
