filling asssignment fields 1

I have added a text field, in the resource sheet view, and have customized it with a very simple formula: Text1(resource filed)= Name. When I expand de view to see assignmets, de cells in Text1 column are filled only for those rows showing the resource. I am forced to fill manually the cells for the assignment rows with de name of the resource.
This is only an example, because my real aim is to be able to customize fields for assignment rows, whatever the formula would be.
I cuoldn´t find a way to refer to resource fields when it comes to assignment rows. It is very frustrating.
