Filing System - Key Words

I'm going back, deeply, into the grey cell matter. I remember seeing a long long time ago a publication that sort of listed all topics of geotechnical engineering down to the nitty gritty - not just broadly but very detailed. I am wondering if any might be aware of it - and does one have it. Please advise.

Take a look at this ASTM link. I see you can get e mail addresses etc. by going deeper into what's here on the ASTM committee pages. The younger members may not be much help. ASCE might also have some way to this.

Thanks OG. Wished I had photocopied that book back when I saw it in the late 70s. Would be invaluable in organizing files.
