File Structure of the SAFE's .F2K file

Who can tell me the file structure of the SAFE's .F2K file so that I can use a text editor to edit the .F2K file instead of using the interactive input of the SAFE program to slowly input the loadings one by one !!

Its structure is as simple as ETABS / STAAD.

You can look at the input file, which have sub headings with $ symbol i suppose.
