File open error

Our customer uses NX7.3.3.5 and he gets the following message:

We find same issues on the GTAC but we can't find the solution to these issue.

Things to try:
Reboot the system
Copy the file to another location
If it is an assembly, try to load with No Components
Turn off all loading of linked objects
