File ==> Utilities ==> Edit Other Part Header...

Use the Ask|SetStatus and the Ask|SetDescription methods. You'll need to provide the part tag of the "other" part.

File ==> Utilities ==> Edit Other Part Header...

and for

File ==> Utilities ==> Edit Work Part Header...
