Does the definition of an ASME field site has some distance and\or time limitations?
As per ASME CA-1, "Field Site: the location of final permanent installation of pressure-retaining equipment. All construction activities may be performed at this site."
If the location of the final permanent installation of pressure vessel is unknown, can we use the fact that our U-Certificate covers field site operation to manufacture pressure vessels in another location which is controlled by the main location?
