Fickian diffusion with Fluent

Hi there,
someone has experience in fickian diffusion modelling with Fluent?

I have a drug-loaded polymeric matrix stucked with a biological tissue. What type of interface I have to set for the common boundary?

Thanks in advance, I hope someone can halp me, I haven't the slightest idea about the solution! :-(

CFD is only useful and meaningful if it can be validated. Since you don't know what results are expected, it's a waste of time.
