fiberglass reinforced plastic storage tank

Hi,

I need to specify which standard to a contractor to repair a leak in one 15 feet diameter atmospheric fiberglass reinforced plastic (FRP) storage tank. I've found two standards related to FRP:

API Spec 12P, Specification for Fiberglass Reinforced Plastic Tanks
&
MTI 129, A Practical Guide to Field Inspection of FRP Equipment and Piping

Is there any others standards related to FRP's repairs in storage tank? Or maybe I'm OK with these two standards.
