Fiber Hinge Acceptance Criteria

Hi All,

I want to know how do you specify the Acceptance Criteria (the IO, LS, and CP citeria) for fiber hinges like Fiber-P-M2-M3. I know you can set them on other hinge types like Shear V2 V3 Hinges, Moment M2 M3 Hinges, etc because the option to set them is available on the Hinge Property Data Form. But for fiber hinges like Fiber P-M2-M3 hinge, there is no option to set such criteria.
