I'm working on a national park project in California. Its open space. In reviewing its location, the areas around it are designated as high fire hazard zone but my project site itself is designated as federal fire hazard responsibility.
My question for those of you that have worked on federal projects, what fire code did you start with? Is it the International Fire Code? Is there a federal agency that oversees fire code on federal land?
