FED30DM vs FED30DP

Would anybody be aware of difference between p/n's FED30DM & FED30DP. I cannot seem to find difference between the M suffix and the P suffix.

What is it? Who makes the component? What did the manufacturer say?

It is a FAST RECTIFIER in a doubler configuration. It was made (a long time ago) by General Instruments or General Semi, now bought by MICROSEMI, who have no idea of what it is.
