i am a foreign civil engineer, i am planning to take the fe exam in maryland this october.

i applied for the fe exam in maryland after i had my credential evaluated, the evaluation stated that my degree fulfills the requirement of NCEES, now i am waiting for the approval of the BOE ( board of engineers),

do i have to be worried, i mean what are the factors they look when it comes to the approval is there any other requirements other than the evaluation?? i appreciate any help because i cant stop thinking about this while waiting for the results.

Is your school part of the Washington Accord? If so, it should be pretty straightforward, and you just need to get your transcripts translated if not in English. If your school is not part of the Washington Accord, I don't know how hard that is.

thank you glass99 for your response :)
actually no my school is not a part of the washington accord, but as i said in the post they requested a credential evaluation and it stated that my degree fulfills the requirements of NCEES.

and now i am waiting for the board decision so i could sleep again :p.

Thank you.
