Fatty acid corrosion

We are engaged in a project pumping fat at 90 c a prblem is occuring with corrosion to the pipeworks and internals of the elect heaters,we are not at this time able to change materials to say 316 and are interested to know if a surface coating can be applied internally and how.

With product at 90.C your heater faces must be at a much higher temperature. Any idea what surface temperature you are dealing with?

We have used Teflon coating for components in a Digestion System. I think that was 200.C or so.
