Fatigue of screw threads.

I need to locate information regarding the effect of the mis-alignement of screw threads on the fatigue life of the bolt.

Mechanical Engineers Handbook by Myer Kutz covers this under perpendicularity, and basically it says that the fatigue life can be seriously affected. For example, a 2 degree error reduces the fatigue life by 79%. They obtained their information from a report done by SPS Technologies.
