Fastener Head Marking 2

Does anybody recognise the manufactures marking "LM" on the head of a fastener - image attached

I looked through the MIL document before I posted and the marking was not clearly identified. There is an "LM" shown for Levingstom Machine Company, Haltom City, Texas but the shape of the lettering is different.
 
The marking of 3 radial lines indicates a Grade 5 bolt (SAE J429 Grade 5). Based on information I have, the "LM" mark likely belongs to a factory in China by the name of Ningbo Haixin Hardware.
 
Billybaru - Do Ningbo Haixin use a number of head-stamps? I thought their marking was "HX".
 
Confirm LM is used by Ningbo Haixin. In addition to the military document, the US Patent and Trademark Office has a document. It is available here:
