Fanuc Robot exploded view needed

Have a Fanuc GMF L-100 Robot. I need a exploded view of the mechanical side of it. The arm and wrists mainly. If someone has a manual laying around could you scan a page or two and send it to me. Or if you have a old manual you don't need let me know what i can do to talk you out of it.

old robot, outdated material. You'll probably have to pay to get it from Fanuc or any of the used robot dealers like Antenen Research.
