Hi, I want to change my all machinings from family table to merge system. I had a model of 30mb size with 150 machining features in casting. I need to shift all the machining feature from casting to on merge part. Is there any short and good way to do this without loosing any thing.

thanks

You can create an independent merge model of the family table. It will capture all the geometry, but won't be modifiable.

You can use an inheritance model to inherit all the features of the generic. Just make the features in the family table flexible in the inheritance model. Inheritance models are supposed to be the future for machining models.
