Exterior access ramp, underground parking

Would you guys require fire sprinklers or not.
I dont think NFPA 13, 8.15.7 cover this...

i have completely incombustible covered access ramp to an underground parking.
The ramp, ground level opening is open to exterior and there's a garage door at the bottom (underground level of the ramp)
The ramp is totally covered with concrete and there's nothing above... only grass.
The ramp will used only for cars.
Building is totally sprinkled.


Something like the attached picture. Imagine the place where the cars are represented with a concrete ceiling...

So is the rest of the garage sprinkler??

 
I am thinking sprinkle it.

Do not know an exception, The rest of the garage is sprinkled.
