Exporting this package in 3dsMax

Hi, I have a package of CGR files exported from CATIA , now I want to somehow import these files in 3dsMax and remodel them on fbx. I wanted to know if you guys know any ways to do so, I have tried exporting catv5 and import it but the exported file is very very heavy in 3dsmax , I tried to export IGS but it exports an empty file, I also couldn't export stl and sat formats.
I'll appreciate if you can help me with this.

please ignore my previous post - I just realized you're asking about CGR files.

As far as I know, CGR files can only be read by CATIA. A CGR file is tessalated data, which cannot be converted into editable geometry.

I suggest you go back to the source of the data and ask them to send you either the native CATIA files, or the data converted into STEP format.
