Hi everybody!
I'd like you to help with exporting a blk model from I-DEAS.
I have a FEM model with several groups in I-DEAS and I'm trying to export it. I know how to export but I what I'm trying to solve is to export it but keeping the groups I made.
Until now, what I have got are the groups I made but they just contain the nodes and not the elements, so I'd like to get the groups containing both nodes and elements at the same time.
I suppose the problem is in the Nastran File Exporter Menu, in the Case Control: I click on the Export all the I-DEAS groups as sets but I just get the groups containing nodes as I told you above
