Hello,

I tried to search but I didn't find useful info about that.

I am trying to export an assembly and parts done in SolidWorks to other people using Tekla structure to continue what i have created.
Can you help me to know which file type should i export from SolidWorks so they can use it in Tekla? and if we will need a third party software can you let me know what is it?

Also need to know what file type should they export from Tekla so i can import it in SolidWorks.

Regards

Judging from the comprehensive list you have provided of file formats that Tekla accepts, the answer is

In other words, what export formats does Tekla support? If it is just dxf and dwg as their website implies, you will have a lot of work to do to create usable models.

A quick look at Wikipedia's page on Tekla reveals that it is compatible with STEP and IGES files.

Try to use one of them.
