You can export your deflected mesh and attempt to generate a solid model using the ANSYS FE Modeller tool. See the following link for more info: http://www.padtinc.com/blog/the-focus/fe-modeler-part-2-converting-a-mesh-to-geometry I believe there are also APDL scripts hosted on the xansys archives for generating stl geometries from deflected meshes.
