Good day, forum

I am in charge of general engineering of an industrial incineration unit. Highly toxic organic chemicals shall be incinerated in this unit. Totally ~10 streams come to this incinerator with wide range of flowrates, substancesand and compositions. If temperature in combustion chamber (downstream from precombustion chamber where fuel gas is burnt) is too low auto-extinction effect can occur. I would like to find out the consequences of this auto-extinction - is there explosion risk or not. I would like to calculate explosion limits of air-explosives mixture in combustion chamber to be sure there is no risk of internal explosion. I have to deal with ~50 cases as a consequence of ranges of flowrates, wastes compositions, flue gas compositions and temperatures. So I have to create some excel spreadsheet.

The problem is with explosive limits - I shal correct them according to O2/CO2/N2/H2O composition and temperature of air-explosives mixture. I can not find an exact algorithm. I found some in "AGA Purging Guide" but there is no O2, pressure and temperature corrections.

Please help me with worth links to explosion limits database (not NFPA 69 and related) and sources of real explosive limits caclulation (P, T, O2, inerts corrections).
