Explicit Dynamics: Displacing body - returned with "no selection"

Hi all,

I'm quite new to ANSYS WorkBench and I've run into a frustrating problem I can't seem to solve. I am using explicit dynamics and simply trying to displace a hemisphere into a flat surface. The geometry is symmetrical so I cut it up into quarters to save solving time.

When I add displacement in explicit dynamics, I select the hemisphere, click apply and it comes up with yellow with "No Selection". I can select a face or an edge, and that will work fine, but it doesn't want to happen when I select body.

Any ideas on what's obstructing this?
