Expansion anchors - ACI349

I have been asked to re-check anchors designed to 1997 version of ACI349, Appendix B, with the more recent 2001 version of the code. It seems that the original design allowed for concrete failure before steel (not sure, have not seen the calculations yet) so I will need to concentrate on this aspect of the design. I would appreciate any advice regarding what effetcs did the changes between '97 and '01 have on the assessment / design.
