For measuring the position of a threaded hole in a RFS datum reference, the gauge should be a thread pin that can expand to seek the actual pitch cylinder, I know it's a time consuming method, but I would rather to order an expandable thread pin, anyone who knows where to order it.
For an external thread, we will use the major diameter as the datum feature, if the datum is referenced at RFS, I know a contracting sleeve will be used as the datum simulator, again anyone who can tell me where to order it.
For an internal thread, if the datum is referenced at RFS, an expanding sleeve will be used as the datum simulator gauge pin, I want to know where I can order this special gauge.
Thanks for the help
