So, I am tracking EVM for a software project. Here is a problem I am facing.Example:
work is for 2 months Nov and Dec.
In November, some of the tasks scheduled for Dec have been completed. This is now reflected in AC.
When I do an EVM visual graph, with a status date for Nov, how do I take the activities completed that were scheduled for Dec? If I change the status date to Dec, then the PV also changes. What I need is an EVM on current status date, with current PV and AC/EV for December tasks that were completed.
Any suggestions?
