Evaporation Rate

Will somebody help me how to calculate the approximate evaporation rate at a waterfall pond. The rate of recirculation water is @ 2,500 GPM.Ambient temperare is 85 deg. F during summer months ( wet bulb temp.),@80% relative humidity.



Appreciate any help.
 
There are a few variables not mentioned, so the best help I can offer is a text reference - See "Engineering Hydrology - Principles and Practices" by Victor Ponce. The publisher is Prentice-Hall (ISBN 0-13-277831-9).  Other texts on hydrology may have similar methods.
 
visitor, The basic equation I use for approximating Evap. rate is as follows:

E=(c*dT)/1000 Where:
E= evap. rate (gal/min)
c= system circ. rate (gal/min)
dT=system temp. diff. (deg. F)
(hot return temp. - cold supply)

Or you could use the general rule of thumb: E is approx. equal to 1% of recirc rate for every 10 deg. diff. between hot return and cold supply temp.
