I have a couple of German welding procedure specifications that refer to weld process numbers 135 and 141. Based on the welding parameters, they are both spooled wire processes, running at 2-7 meters/minute, DC - positive polarity.

135 uses inert gas 100% Ar
141 uses "active" gas 99% Ar - 1% Oxygen.

Given that both are positive polarity, I am assuming they are both GTAW process. Is there a site that identifies the DIN weld process numbers.

Look at ISO 875-1, it might help, but may not be the definitive answer. From a program that helps write welding procedures I have;

111 Manual metal arc welding
141 Tungsten inert gas welding
131 Metal inert gas welding
135 Metall active gas welding
136 Tubular cored welding with active gas shield
137 Tubular cored metal welding with active gas shield
121 Submerged arc welding with one wire electrode
122 Submerged arc welding with strip electrode
123 Submerged arc welding with multiple wire electrodes
124 Submerged arc welding with metal powder addition
125 Submerged arc welding with tubular cored wire
311 Oxy/acetylene welding
114 Self shielded tubular-cored arc welding
72 Electroslag welding
15 Plasma arc welding

141 being GTAW, weird that it uses 1% O2. also weird that is's DCEP.
135 being MAG (not MIG) welding, which is solid wire but active gas!
100% Ar != active
