European Constructor in USA

Hi at all.
I have a question for you.
Can a european prefabricator (european certificated UNI ISO) assemble a steel structure in Italy for USA territory?
The american customer requests that the manufacturer must be AISC steel costructor.
There is a link among AISC and ISO-UNI certificated?
How can I fix the problem?
