Europe std materials to US convertion. 2

Can somebody tell me where can I find a convertion chart for Europe materials standards to American, for tool steel, CRS, Aluminum. as an example a foreing code 40CRMN08 = to 4340 English Equivalent or C35E = to 1018/1140 CRS.

C35E is not equivalent to SAE 1018 nor SAE 1140. It is equivalent to SAE 1035. Regarding conversions among various standards, this has been discussed a number of times on this site. Check out the following thread:
