In Eurocode 2 : Deesign of Concrete Structures Clause 6.4.4 Punching shear resistance of slabs and column bases without shear reinforcement

where
σcy, σcz are the normal concrete stresses in the critical section in y- and zdirections
(MPa, positive if compression):

Here my question is , how to find the above values , if a concentrated load is acting over a slab?.
Is theire any Table in Eurocode to get these values?.

Are they not given further down in the code as N.Ed.y/A.cy and N.Ed.z/A.c with compression being positive?
