I am working on an incinerator for polyflurocarbon-containing wastes followed by a waste heat boiler. To anticipate (and avoid) corrosion problems, I need to know the dewpoint of the flue gases as a function of HF and moisture partial pressures. I have correlations for most acid gases . . . but not HF.
