Establishing a Link between imported DXF File and an IGS File

Hi,

I have imported a DXF File and an IGS file into CATIA V5. The exporting CAD Software was I-deas 10. How can I establish the link between these two imported files in CATIA V5?

Note: The DXF File and the IGS File are with respect to the same component.
