Try Weatherford in Houston, TX (713) 693 4000. I worked for them about 4 years ago and as I recall, they had experimented with hybrid systems. If he's still there, Dave Wallis david.wallis@weatherford.com would be a helpful person to talk to as he has a broad knowledge of all the artificial lift systems.
