Error while adding existing component

I have recently started to get an error while trying to add existing component. It occurs when I am applying the mating constraints and I try to rotate the part in the preview window. I get the following error message:

Error handling failed
O/S ERROR: signal 11, code 00000000

UG then crashes out and I have to close everything down and restart TCE and launch UG again. Grrrrrr...

We are using NX2 and our operating system is Windows 2000 Professional version 5.0.2195 SP4 Build 2195

Does anyone have any ideas?
