Error in ANSYS Material Designer

Hello everyone. I am using an user defined RVE in ANSYS Material designer. When I am trying to mesh my model it's showing an error that 'couldn't find bottom faces in Y direction'. I am not understanding what is this error and how to solve it. Can someone please help me with this?
